These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of XOP Social Poster (the "Service"), a tool that schedules and publishes content to social media accounts you connect. By connecting an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
XOP Social Poster lets you schedule videos, photos and captions and publishes them to your own TikTok and Instagram accounts at the times you choose, using each platform's official Content Posting API. The Service acts only on your behalf and only with accounts you have explicitly authorized through official OAuth.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, spam, or that violates the rules of the destination platform. You agree not to use the Service to post to accounts you do not control, or to abuse the platforms' APIs.
The Service relies on the TikTok and Instagram/Meta APIs. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, rate limits, or content decisions made by those platforms.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will always publish on time, or that the third-party APIs will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XOP Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed, delayed, or unintended posts.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting your stored tokens. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
